TU-60E4 UV DTF Crystal Label Printer with Foiling and Double Laminating

The TU-60E4 is a 600mm UV DTF crystal label printer with foiling and double laminating. Four Epson-authorised I3200 heads and a Hoson board print at 2400DPI, about 9.3㎡/h in 6-pass mode. It runs CMYK, white, varnish and glue for direct-glue labels, AB film, spot foil and full foil, then laminates both sides and rewinds.

Upgraded structure
the threaded roller lift now uses a cam mechanism, making film loading easier.
Dedicated UV glue
Taotech's crystal label glue only becomes tacky after curing, so it does not clog the heads.
Varnish with spot foil
colour areas also get a varnish layer, so foil and varnish effects sit together.
Durable outdoors
direct-glue crystal label lettering applied to a yacht hull in August 2021 was still firmly in place when photographed in July 2023.
Optional cutting system
Taotech's own cutter handles automatic nesting and WiFi file transfer, and a camera locates each print so finished sheets are cut straight into single labels.
